This lovely and updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has stunning east facing golf course views.
The Back East Facing patio is great for the entertaining or relaxing with dining for 6, loungers, and a fire table with seating for 4. When you enter, you notice the bright and open floor plan, high ceilings and great views, making you feel right at home! The Kitchen has been upgraded with glass cooktop, some stainless appliances, granite counters, pendent lighting and upgraded cabinets with wine rack. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The pretty living area has vaulted ceilings, Large TV, a ceiling fan and is decorated in relaxing desert tones. There’s also a table for 2 which is great for an intimate diner or playing cards.
The Main Bedroom has a King Bed, TV, nightstands, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and recliner. Also, the main walks out to the back patio.
The Main En Suite Bath has been remodeled with marble topped dual sinks, tile shower with glass doors and tile flooring. The Fun Mid Century Modern Guest Bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, TV, Desk Area, closet, and walks out to the back patio.
The Guest bath offers a large vanity and walk in shower. There’s a full size washer and dryer in the condo just off of the guest closet.
Parking is offered in the garage (1 car) and street if needed. The closest pool (one of many) is just across the street an 3 building down.

Cleaning teams continue to use PPE, clean and sanitize surfaces, and our staff practices social distancing and frequent hand washing.
