If you are looking, for peace, love nature and actually being able to see the stars at night you will love this property. That said, guests are shocked at the location as It FEELS like we are in the middle of nowhere, but we are so close to anything one would need or want to do. You can hop on a bike and within a mile directly access one of the gateway trail heads to the McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve with over 185 miles of trails for all uses. We are exactly 1 mile in each direction from the main Scottsdale access roads literally making us minutes from the best restaurants, shopping, hiking, horseback riding, GOLF!! and entertainment.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement.
- No pets, smoking, or parties of any kind
- No Smoking - $500 FINE PLUS $150 HOUR CLEANING FEES
- STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE: The city has a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. No loud noises, music, loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If we receive information about excessive noise, Property Manager has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and charge the guest $500 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation.
