The tastefully furnished and modern holiday home extends over an area of 80 m².
On the ground floor, in the winter garden, you will find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent cozy dining area. The living room offers you a bright seating area with a fireplace. From the living room you step onto the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area and the large attached garden, where the children can play undisturbed. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The upper floor offers you two bedrooms and the bathroom. Another room is available in the loft.
The parking space is in front of the house.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
