The completely renovated apartment is located in a quiet location in Westerland, not far from the Südwäldchen. In just a few minutes you can walk to the wonderful sandy beach of Sylt.
The popular promenade and the center are also within walking distance from your holiday home. The 50 m² home is on the ground floor and has a 10 m² terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The living room, flooded with light through a large window front, invites you to relax with its beach ambience, cozy corner sofa and LÖWE TV. Pamper yourself with the preparation of smaller meals in the new, open kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob and microwave with baking function. Enjoy a restful sleep in the bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom closet, which offers plenty of storage space. The apartment also has its own free parking space.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
