This beautiful thatched semi-detached house was extensively refurbished in 2019 to a high quality and is in a quiet location in the pretty village of Keitum.

The holiday home has three floors and offers around 100 m² enough space for 4 to 6 guests. Due to the division of the rooms, there are sufficient opportunities to retreat. Noble box spring double beds in the two bedrooms on the upper floor invite you to relax and dream. There are four allergy pillows and duvets and four down pillows and duvets.
The kitchen is flooded with light and has a high-quality joiner’s built-in kitchen with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. In addition to sufficient storage space, it is equipped, among other things, with a ceramic hob and an oven from Siemens. A Miele washer-dryer has also been integrated into the kitchen.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
