It has a prime location just 75 minutes from Cartagena’s historic downtown marina on the private yacht of the property’s villa and is available for guests to come and go to the property. The property is fully constructed of teck wood and is equipped with all the comforts that the ultimate experience requires. The house has 4 bedrooms and is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and the highest standards of comfort. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
