Venture into this magnificent 3-story villa where luxury and exclusivity are always sought after, as well as being close to Lleras park and trendy restaurants, cafes and nightclubs, perfect places for friends and leisure gatherings.

The entire house was designed aiming at a contemporary environment with black and white tones being predominant. The living room has an open concept with large windows, the floor and furniture, as well as the other rooms in the house, boast beautiful marble finishes.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a gas grill and fridge in an open, well-lit environment with sofas and a dining table for 6 people. The house has 8 charming suites, all air conditioned with a queen bed, minibar and cable TV. In each suite, the bathrooms have ceramic walls maintaining the black and white look that the house has.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight are required to be sent to us prior to arrival.
  • Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
  • Parties are not allowed
  • It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
  • Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
