The Home
Located at 2h20 from Fortaleza Airport, Guajiru is a typical and charming fishing village on the coast of Ceará. With a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius throughout the year, with a minimum of 26 degrees and a wind between 20 and 30 knots from July to November, the place is ideal for kitesurfing and enjoying the beach.
Your kite surfing teacher will pick you up at home, by the buggy beach for your daily lesson, or you can go to a school located 200 meters away on foot.
This one-story, the walk-in-the-sand house has 6 suites with access to the backyard, including a wheelchair user suite:

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
