On the first floor, the spacious game room with your ping-pong table and nanny with home cinema is another space for socializing. The asset of this magnificent house is the terrace with its infinity pool, sun loungers and lounge area, a sweet pergola and the bar and gourmet space with barbecue. The house staff will be available 8 am / day to take care of tidying, cleaning, cooking or organizing a barbecue with family or friends. Private access to a magnificent beach is 150 meters away. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
