Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
- • We rent to responsible adults over 25 - if occupants are a group of unrelated guests - we require them to be over 30.
- • No sororities, fraternities, church groups, wedding parties or receptions, house parties, spring break parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, catered events, or other such groups are permitted.
- • All properties are nonsmoking.
- • Check in time for all properties is 4:00 pm. Check out time is by 10:00 am and is strictly enforced.
- • Check out procedures are as follows
- o Wash, clean, and put away all dishes.
- o Remove all items from the refrigerator.
- o Remove all trash and place in the trash carts provided.
- o Check all closets and drawers for personal items and remove.
- o Check all windows and doors to ensure that they are locked.
- o Strip all beds of sheets and pillow cases and pile up linens (towels in one pile and sheets/pillow cases in another). Do no remove mattress pads, pillow shams or comforters.
- o Return all keys, garage door opener
- • Trash must be taken to the street in advance of the trash days for your property.
