Our holiday home is located 1.5 kms from the historical center of Ostuni, perfect for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.
The villa is composed of a well-equipped kitchen with TV and two bedrooms (one of which comes with a queen size bed, whereas the other one has a single bed and a sofa bed).
And last but not least, a spacious garden with a swing and an amazing patio with dining table and a relax area, ideal to enjoy the surrounding beauty while just having a drink or gather for a barbecue in the open air.
A few steps from the apartment is the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
