The apartment, located on the fifth floor easily reachable by lift, is perfect for business travellers, families and couples.
The living area consists of an open space with a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen with an island, a dishwasher and an oven. Here, there is also an area with a bookcase, a desk and a single bed. The sleeping area comes with a bedroom furnished with two single bed joined together into a queen size bed and a dresser, in addition to another room with a french size bed and a wardrobe.
A toilet and a new and designer full bathroom with shower and bathtub complete the property.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
