Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * Check-in time from 2 pm and check-out time until 10 am
- * Sheets and towels available for guests - There are no changes during the stay
- * It is necessary to inform the name and number of the identification document of all guests
- * We do not offer breakfast but the establishment offers paying out
- *Cleaning fee BRL 135
- *No events allowed
- * Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment
- *The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean linen. Upon departure, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
- * At checkout:
- Garbage: all garbage in the property must be packed to prevent the appearance of insects;
- Dishes: all dishes must be washed;
- Air conditioning: check if the air conditioning has been turned off
