Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * No smoking inside the property;
- * No pets in the accommodation;
- * Check-in from 14:00 and Check-out until 10:00;
- * Wear an identification wristband that is provided by the resort;
- * Bed linen will not be changed during the stay;
- * Breakfast not included in the rate - We do not offer breakfast;
- * Prohibited parties and any type of sound or noise from 22:00 at night;
- * Value charged PER DAY of the property's energy fee at the time of booking: R$ 80.00 or R$ 1.20 per kWh used. Note: The Energy fee is charged outside the daily rate.
- * Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the time of booking: R$ 200.00;
- * Confirm by phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the acceptance of PETs in the property;
- * It is necessary to combine the approximate time of arrival and departure, so that you can receive them in the best way;
- * The consumption of alcoholic beverages and snacks is allowed in the pool area and in the pool itself;
- * It is forbidden to use glass bottles and cups in the entire pool and pool area, the use of disposables is recommended;
- * It is necessary to inform the exact number of guests so that the bed linen is provided properly;
- * It is necessary to send in advance the name information, CPF of all guests and license plate, so that it is possible to authorize entry into the place;
