Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. we remind you that your reservation is for a holiday apartment.

- 3. Check-in time after 2pm and check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, please check with our team.
- 4. We don't have room service and we don't serve any kind of meal or breakfast. We can, however, help with third-party recommendations.
- 5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.
- 6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to booking). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.
- 7. The property has 02 (two) parking spaces.
- 8. Parties are not allowed in the property or condominium.
- 9. Respect the QUIET hours from 10pm to 8am, and no loud music is allowed during the day. Subject to a fine from the condominium.
- 10. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN.
- 11. Pets are not allowed in the condominium.
- 12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00.
- 13. The maximum capacity of the property is 06 guests (including children)
- - Children from 0 to 11 years old
- - Adults aged 12 and over
- 14. PHOTOGRAPHIC ESSAYS with a professional camera are not allowed inside the condominium.
- 16. Gas is supplied by the property.
- 17. Water, toilet paper, detergent and loofah are only provided at check-in.
- 18. The condominium has an elevator.
- 19. Wai Wai has a restaurant.
- 20. Washing machine available.
- 21. The areas for events, such as the Party Room, restaurant space and the like, are for the exclusive use of the owners and cannot be made available to renters.
- 22. It is not permitted to put clothes out on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.
- 23. It is not permitted to decorate the balconies and windows, nor to move furniture from the area, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.
- 24. The maximum speed for vehicles traveling within the condominium is 20KM/h, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.
- 14. The property has an electric barbecue.
- 15. We use an electronic lock to access the property. The password is sent close to check-in time.

- CAPACITY OF PEOPLE
- The maximum capacity is 6 people, and there is no possibility of an increase.
- POOL USE
- The use of glass bottles and glasses is forbidden in the entire pool area; the use of disposable cups is recommended;
- PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED
- As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get-togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the management company may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request that the property be vacated and consider a breach of contract without refunding the amount paid;
- FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
- * Security Deposit - Damages/Breakage of Rules - R$ 600.00
- - Refund of security deposit up to 72 hours after checkout.
- * Cleaning Fee - R$ 290.00
- - The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed (bed and bath). We ask that the property be delivered in a similar condition upon departure.
- ENERGY CONSUMPTION - Use sparingly
- Energy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscientious consumption, which is why we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your home, check it.
- INFORMATION ABOUT PETS
- We know that pets are part of the family. Not all of our
- apartments are prepared for pets, and in this case the local condominium does not
- not allow them under any circumstances. But it will be a pleasure to welcome you to our
- pet-friendly units.
- For rentals of more than 30 days, pets are allowed.
- CHECK-IN GUIDELINES
- *PARKING SPACE
- The property has 02 (two) parking spaces
- *CONCIERGE/ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM
- The concierge is open 24 hours a day. ID must be presented to gain access. It is compulsory to wear an identification bracelet provided by the condominium.
- If not returned at checkout, a fine of R$ 30 applies.
- SURVEY
- The property will be inspected by our operational team at both check-in and checkout, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always take place in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after check-in. We recommend that guests analyze the inspection/inventory so that there are no disagreements.
- PENALTIES AND CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES

- - Failure to take out the garbage: R$ 50 per garbage can.
- - Leaving the air conditioning on: R$ 60 per unit.
- - Leaving the barbecue on: R$ 200.
- - Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.
- - Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry/save): R$ 80
- - If you have wet clothes/towels, leave them out.
- We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and trousseau.
- NOTE: A fine will be applied or the security deposit withheld if the property is delivered in an unfavorable condition.

- Broken or lost something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We will certainly be able to resolve the incident, but please contact us in such cases. That way, we can inform you about specific fees and procedures.
