Within this 1,350-square-foot residence, your Family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 6 in beds; 8 with sofabed.(Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs). Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a king-size bed. There is an en-suite master bathroom generously sized stand-up shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 : There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom via hallway access with dual shower/tub. An additional twin air mattress is available upon request. Bedrooms all feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens. Bathrooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer. Cooling / Air Conditioning: This residence has central air conditioning. Parking: The private home features a large two-car garage for guest use, no outside additional parking available. But you will not need a car once you are here. Location, Location! Location!
