The shared bathroom has a step in shower. The bathroom is shared between bedroom 4 and the 2nd Family room. Bedroom 5: This bedroom is located on the lower level of the house and has a built-in twin-size bunk bed. There is also a sofa sleeper, sofa sleeper not to exceed 70lbs. A full-size bathroom is located on this level with a Walk-in shower. There is an additional guest half-bathroom on the main level by the kitchen and the main living room. Cooling: The residence does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided. Parking: The residence has an attached one-car garage with an additional parking space on the driveway.
