ATTENTION! The property does not provide wood for the fireplace. If necessary, you must purchase them on your own.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- We hand over the keys to our guests on site. There is a travel cot for children and a feeding chair. We have a flexible approach to your needs, enabling various forms of modification of the day in our apartments: The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150. Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50. Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night. Any changes to the check-in / check-out hours are possible after prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department. ATTENTION! We accept stays with dogs for an additional fee of PLN 50 / day.
