This amazing brand new home is a large 4 bedroom ideally located very close to the national forest land and has nice views of Echo Peak and nightly sunsets. The home features a rustic Tahoe feel with nice modern touches. Acacia hardwood floors, steel gray leather granite in the kitchen. Upgraded Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. Etched metal chandeliers and pendants. Natural Knotty Alder cabinets, doors, base, and case throughout. Etched mountain mirrors in the bathrooms. Jetted tub in the master King bedroom, two queen bedrooms on the bottom floor, and a nice pullout couch.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm
- No engaging in illegal activities
- Please remove shoes while in the house
- No pets unless specified, there will be a separate Pet Fee charged after booking for pet-friendly homes
