Silver Springs is tucked off the main road overlooking a small pond with a beautiful mountain range in the background.
The home features two-bedroom and two bathrooms on the lower level, one bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath, the second has two sets of bunk beds, with a common full bathroom in the hall, there is also a large family room and laundry room with washer and dryer. The upper level features a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with one set of twin bunks and a twin bed, there is a common shared bathroom in the hall, living room with a gas fireplace, dining area and kitchen, slider doors to the deck.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
