The Space: It is a fully furnished, carefully decorated, 3-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has the touch to make you feel at a Luxury Resort and every detail you need to be as comfortable as at home. All three bedrooms have huge closet space and en suite bathrooms, plus LED smart TV’s with cable (Sky programming). The master bedroom features King size bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with double vanity. The view from the Master Bedroom? Cabo San Lucas Bay at your feet, Cabo’s sunrise from the Sea of Cortes, and sunsets over Pedregal hillside. The second bedroom features two twin bedrooms, and the Third guest bedroom, which is at the Condo’s entrance and provides a little more independence from the other two bedrooms, features King size bed. The spacious open kitchen unfolds to the dining room and living room, which makes it perfect for family & friends gatherings. You will find everything you need to treat your family with a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, while everyone enjoys stunning Cabo views. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant was used. * Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use. * During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks) * For your convenience we have available a specialized sanitization service consisting of electrostatic aspersion, which guarantees the biodegradable sanitizer adheres to all surfaces in the property. This service has a cost of $40 USD and must be required at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Please let us know and we will be happy to schedule it for your arrival Guest Access: Vista Vela is a development inaugurated in 2019, it’s a partner to the renowned Luxury Resort Grand Velas Los Cabos, and although it DOES NOT provide access to the Resort, it does provide the same quality facilities. Spend your days in Vista Vela’s infinity pool, enjoy the gym and the beautiful Club House & snack bar and playgrounds. Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities with a special rate for pool & beach club access. (a proportion of the rate will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). The first phase, where it is, includes 72 Condos and 40 single-family houses. According to community rules and regulations Maximum Occupancy of this Condo is 6 guests and CAN NOT be exceeded at any time: Additional guests over the max. are not allowed, and reservations arriving with more guests than the ones booked and registered will be denied check-in | Visitors to the Condo (during the day) are welcome, as long as the max. occupancy is not exceeded. $250 USD fines are applicable if this rule is violated.
