This condo features two bedrooms: master bedroom with a king-size bed and a guest bedroom with two full beds, and can perfectly accommodate up to 6 people. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower bath toiletries and hairdryer and towels. There is smart TV’s in each bedroom and steady WIFI Internet all over the condo. The spacious and illuminated living room is perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing after a long day.

For those looking a more lively scene there are also plenty bars or nightclubs on "The Strip" where you can enjoy live music until sunrise with your friends while sipping cocktails as the sun sets over Medano Beach just 5 min walking from the condo!
Getting Around:
You are in the main spot of Cabo San Lucas. You are in the Marina; Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Taxis and Uber available just outside the mall.
Right outside the Puerto Paraiso mall also is the bus stop for the route to San José del Cabo, in case you want to adventure with local transportation, you will be in San José’s Historic District in less than 40 min.
In case you have private transportation arranged they will be able to drop you off at the Puerto Paraiso Mall parking lot, where you will take the elevators directly to the Residences.

Please be advise that we may contact you during your stay to ask your permission to provide access to a potential buyer, you may deny permission. In case the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.
LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo’s nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina & downtown. For your comfort, we have a White Noise Machine for your use, in case there’s music disturbing you.
If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.
Please don’t forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD
