Villa Destiny is a spacious and elegant villa located in a quiet residential area, very close to the centre of Calella, ideal for families looking for space, comfort, and an excellent location.
Within just 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car, all amenities can be reached, including the beach, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Prime Location
Calella offers a long sandy beach, beach bars, and a wide range of water sports. For those seeking quieter and more natural beaches, the beautiful coves of Sant Pol de Mar, surrounded by rocks and pine trees, are just a 5-minute drive away.
Barcelona is easily accessible both by train (departures every 30 minutes from Calella) and by car, with an approximate travel time of 45 minutes, making the villa an excellent base from which to explore the coast and the city.
Access & Parking
Access to the property is via an automatic gate, with outdoor parking space within the grounds for up to 3 cars. Additional vehicles can also be parked on the street in front of the villa.
Villa Layout
Access Level / Ground Floor
From the parking area, you enter a spacious area originally designed as a garage, now converted into a multi-purpose space with a dining area and small kitchenette. This is an ideal area for children to play, as an independent space for teenagers, or to enjoy a drink in the evening.
On this level, there is also a fully equipped bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
Main Floor
One level up is the main living area, accessed through a spacious entrance hall.
From here, you reach the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, with direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool.
On the opposite side of the hall is the glass-enclosed dining area and a large, fully equipped modern kitchen. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.
The outdoor garden is carefully maintained and features a private swimming pool, an outdoor dining table, barbecue, and a pleasant chill-out area, perfect for enjoying the day and relaxing during warm summer evenings.
First Floor
This floor offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms:
