This beautiful villa is tastefully decorated in French-chic style. Located in a quiet residential urbanisation, it is only 1 km from the beach (15 minutes by foot) and from the center of Calella with its nice boutiques and restaurants. Nice sea views from this villa.
You enter this villa at the first floor. Here you’ll find the master bedroom with walk-in closet and large bathroom with double sink, bath tub and shower.
Separate "studio" room with two single beds. Access to the sunroof.
On the ground floor there’s the living room with TV, chimnee and dining area. Fully equipped living kitchen with eating corner. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the terrace with exterior dining table under a cosy covered porche. Weber charcoal barbecue.
