Located in a privileged region of Porto Mirim, the chalet is by the sea with easy access to the beach, in addition to having all the infrastructure you need to stay with warmth and comfort for your time with us. With 5 bedrooms, of which 3 are suites and an auxiliary suite (dependence), the house perfectly accommodates 10 people in air-conditioned rooms.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. Remember that your reservation is for a holiday home.
- 2. Documentation required to register at Carpediem Homes:

- - Updated proof of residence

- - Accompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport
- - Unaccompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport + Authorization of the Responsible (ask for a model form)

- - Address, Phone, E-mail and Profession
- 3. Check-in after 14:00 and Check-out until 10:00. Outside these hours, check conditions with our team.
- 4. We do not have room service and do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the referral of third parties.
- 5. We do not carry out daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values on request.
- 6. Bed and Bath Linen available for guests (amount as per reservation). We do not exchange bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values on request.
- 7. The maximum capacity of the property is 9 guests (including children)
- - Extra guests are not accepted and the caretaker informs them if this happens, causing the lease to close.
- - The common area serves the other 3 condominium units, sound is not allowed and dogs are strictly prohibited on the grass, only on the lap for access to the beach.
- - the apartment must be delivered with the dishes washed.
- - energy will not be charged if consumption is normal, be careful to turn off the air conditioner when not in use
- - Energy for rentals over 3 nights is charged at the amount of R$1.05/kwh
- - sound is prohibited in the outdoor area.
