Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 📋 No smoking inside the property;
- 📋 Forbidden pets in accommodation;
- 📋 Check-in time from 2 pm and Check-out until 10 am;
- 📋 There will be no change of bedding during the stay;
- 📋 Breakfast not included in the daily rate - We don't offer breakfast;
- 📋 Forbidden parties and any kind of sound or noise from 10 pm onwards;
- 📋Confirm by phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the acceptance of PETs in the property;
- 📋Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the ACT of the reservation: R$ 110.00 (One hundred and ten reais);
- 📋 It is necessary to combine the approximate arrival and departure time, so that it is possible to receive them in the best way;
- 📋 It is necessary to inform the exact amount of guests so that bedding is made available properly;
- 📋 It is necessary to send in advance the name information, CPF of all guests and car plate, so that it is possible to authorize entry to the site.
