Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- * Check In from 2pm and check out by 10am
- * Inform arrival time
- * Energy is charged outside the part in the amount of R $ 1.10 / KhW used
- * Security deposit paid on the day of check in and returned on the day of departure, if there is no damage. R $ 800 in cash
- * Sheets package included, towels are paid separately!
- * Cleaning fee R $ 250
- * Space for 10 cars
- * 5 suites there is a point for SKY, but the guest pays for the recharge, usually 35 reais per point
- * Information about pets: from 0 to 25 kilos R $ 50 reais and from 26 to 90 kilos R $ 80 reais (amounts must be paid on the day of IN or deducted from the deposit amount)
