Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 📋No smoking inside the property;
- 📋No pets allowed in the accommodation;
- 📋Check-In time from 2pm and Check-out until 10am;
- 📋Bed linen will not be changed during the stay;
- 📋Breakfast not included in the daily rate - We do not offer breakfast;
- 📋Parties and any type of sound or noise are prohibited from 10pm at night;
- 📋Confirm over the phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the acceptance of PETs at the property;
- 📋Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the time of booking: R$ 240.00 (Two hundred and forty reais);
- 📋 Amount charged PER DAY of R$ 80.00 (Eighty reais) for the property's energy fee. Note: This amount is charged outside of the reservation price;
- 📋Amount charged to the guest for the deposit fee at the CHECK-IN ACT, via bank transfer:
- R$ 600.00 (Six hundred reais). Note: amount is charged outside of the reservation price;
