The Mansion offers an excellent structure and leisure area with swimming pool, garden with sea view, parking and ample leisure space for your best time on the beach. The Mansion of 1.200m², accommodates up to Thirty-Five people (35) people, and also has a complete and equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the center, bars and restaurants of the quiet and beautiful city.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * No smoking inside the property;
- * Pets not allowed in the accommodation;
- * Check-in time from 2 pm and check-out time until 10 am;
- * Bed linen will not be changed during the stay;
- * Breakfast not included in the daily rate - We do not offer breakfast;
- * Forbidden parties and any type of sound or noise after 10 pm;
- * Confirm by phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the acceptance of PETs in the property;
- * In case of rental of machines (square and UTV) the value is negotiable
- * Amount charged PER DAY of the property's energy rate at the ACT of booking: R$ 100.00 (per day);
- * Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the ACT of booking: R$ 400.00;
- * Amount charged to the guest for the deposit fee at the ACT of CHECK-IN via bank transfer: R$ 5,000.00;
- * It is necessary to combine the approximate time of arrival and departure, so that it is possible to receive them in the best way;
- * It is necessary to inform the exact number of guests so that the bedding is provided properly;
