The villa is located in Massarosa, in the province of Lucca, a few km from the famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi).
Completely fenced, the property boasts a large, well-kept garden with lawn, flowers and several plants.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a small, covered kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven (ideal for preparing tasty pizzas), and a large, covered patio with lounge area and dining table for 6 people.
Immersed in the garden is a beautiful pool (9 x 5 m), equipped with sun loungers, parasol, diving board, two bathing huts and outdoor shower. The pool is open from May to September.
At guests’ disposal also a covered parking for 2 cars.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are allowed on request.
- Included in the price: Utilities (water and gas except electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance; Internet Wifi.
- Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (460,00€); electricity according to consumption. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
- Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200,00€) is also requested, and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
