This 5th-floor, two-bedroom condo features a huge private balcony overlooking the Gulf from which you can savor a morning cup of coffee or dine alfresco while enjoying spectacular sunsets. This homey vacation gem is cheerfully decorated and has views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. The spacious floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating. It also has a high top table making it a perfect spot for a large gathering. The living area boasts a large sectional, oversized club chair, and a wonderful flatscreen TV. Both bathrooms feature updated granite countertops and décor. At night, rest easy in the two comfortable bedrooms.
Treasure Island beach in particular is one of the widest beaches in the area with gorgeous white sugar sand and great swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. Beach access is just across the street in the sister property of Palms, the Seahorse Cottages and Beach Oasis. The property offers ultimate convenience right on the Intracoastal and just steps away from the Gulf. Groceries stores, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The property is also less than two miles south of John’s Pass with restaurants, shops, bars, and all types of water sports rentals. Treasure Island is also home to the Treasure Island Beach Trail which was revamped in 2013. This almost mile-long paved walkway along the east side of the beach is perfect for walking, running, skateboarding, roller-blading, and biking.
