This villa is a wonderful property for a large group wanting contemporary living with great outdoor facilities including a fantastic outdoor living/dining area and fully equipped pool house. The property is fully air conditioned and the large 12 x 8 metre swimming pool can be heated. Located close to the village of Pernes les Fontaines, The villa is a large 6 bedroomed property (each with an ensuite bathroom) and air conditioned throughout. This property has the advantage of offering an exceptional outdoor living space with a large covered living/dining area which can easily accommodate up to 12 people. The living accommodation is distributed on one floor only with a large open plan kitchen/dining room with large floor to ceiling windows that access the outdoor terraces and large swimming pool area. The property is located on a 4,000 m2 plot of land which is beautifully maintained and planted with laurel hedgerows, palm trees and fragrant jasmine. The large 12 x 8 metre pool can be heated and offers ample seating and sun lounging area around it.
