Please note that this property is not suitable for bachelor or bachelorette groups and to be able to make are reservation you will need to have at least 25 years old. You can enjoy our concierge services, just share with us your travel plans and we will be happy to help you making dinner reservations, arrange your transportation, booking activities or answer any question you might have. The Neighborhood: "Vista Vela" new development has great amenities that our guests will be able to enjoy such as: infinitum pool with stunning ocean view, gym, club house, 24 hour security, snack bar, green areas, gym, and covered parking space. Getting Around: The bus stop is walking distance, however renting a car is a great a idea. In case you prefer, we can help you arranging your private transportation from the airport to the condo. Other Things to Note: According to community rules and regulations Maximum Occupancy of this Condo is 6 guests and CAN NOT be exceeded at any time: Additional guests over the max. are not allowed, reservations arriving with more guests than the ones booked and registered will be denied check-in | Visitors to the Condo (during the day) are welcome, as long as the max. occupancy is not exceeded. $250 USD fines applicable if this rule is violated. * Cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been upgraded to guarantee a safe environment. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches.
