For our travelers safety, we are meeting all OSHA Hotel and Lodging regulations, as well as ozonating our homes to kill bacteria in the air!
This is a large, Tahoe Lodge Look Home with 6 themed bedrooms and 4 baths: 3000 square feet. Take a look at some of the themed bedrooms: Paris, Jazz, English Garden, Flip Flop, Old Tahoe and Master Suite. You will have access to a large heated indoor pool and 2 spas. In the summer, you can enjoy the private beach, 7 tennis courts, and outdoor pool. Everyone will enjoy the large game room in the house with a pool table, 2 foosbaIl tables, and a poker table. Our vacation home is located in prestigious Tahoe Key, a private waterfront community. We are looking forward to sharing it with you! Magnificent views of the lagoons right off backyard. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No engaging in illegal activities
- Please remove shoes while in the house
- No pets unless specified, there will be a separate Pet Fee charged after booking for pet-friendly homes
