Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A luxurious 7 bedroom Provencal villa in Les Parcs de Saint Tropez, the most exclusive private domain, with private beach, security and great services. Villa Embellie is ideally located in the heart of the Domaine des Parcs and offers a luxuriant 5900m² garden, with several water features, fountains, landscaped with native Mediterranean plants: a citrus garden, large olive trees, and towering palm trees surrounded by traditional Provencal dry-stone walls. The villa opens onto a large living room offering comfortable sofas to sit on and a fireplace, with terraces on both sides offering plenty of natural light and beautiful garden views. Leading from there, a smaller lounge is next to the living room with large windows opening onto the lawn, then a dining room for 8 guests opening onto the kitchen fully equipped with breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Gaggenau steam and conventional oven, microwave oven, blender, Sodastream, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, etc. There is a utilities room behind the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden and pool area. The Master bedroom is located on the first floor with balcony, queen-size bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and WC. On the left of the lobby, there is an armored door leading to the night area with guest WC, one twin room (can be turned into double) with en-suite shower room and WC. On the first floor of this area, there are two double rooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with either shower or bathtub, WC, and fitted closet. There are another 2 double rooms with independent access, all with en-suite shower room, plus an independent apartment with lounge, kitchen and one bedroom. The house offers several terraces to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or alfresco dining in the shade, with a traditional BBQ, a summer lounge built in the stone walls and a fountain next to it to enjoy the sound of water. The 15x6 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with lounge chairs and sits in the middle of the large lawn garden with grand palm trees around it. The house has AC in the bedrooms, an alarm system, a car lift and 5 car parking spaces.
