17725 Wanderlust: Getaway this summer at our Harwich Cape House-- the perfect Homebase for an exploring family of up to 6! Just two minutes from the small Mill Pond and trailhead, enjoy your mornings walking your pup around the kettle hole or hiking along the weaving trails. Come back to the house and brew up a fresh pot of 3 Fins Coffee (a local favorite!) and relax in an Adirondack chair on one of two patios--as you watch the kids play on the large grass yard. Spend the afternoon on the land exploring Hawknest’s State Park, on the water kayaking and fishing from Muddy Creek all the way to Jack Knife Beach (entrance near the Cornerstore), or getting your saltwater fix at Forest or Cockle Cove Beaches (both less than a 10-minute drive away!) Wherever you go, before you head home, be sure to swing by the Chatham Pier Fish Market to stock up some seafood essentials for the week.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
