This villa is one of the most prestigious clubs of Colombia, located in Anapoima. Completely surrounded by nature, it offers a very attractive climate for tourists. It is the perfect place to rest and recharge. This fabulous property offers all the comfort and tranquility of a holiday home outside the city. Located just 2 hours and a half away from Bogotá, this haven offers a warm climate and a calm environment, with the song of the birds and the relaxing dance of palm trees. The house has 6 fully furnished rooms, overlooking the garden and balconies. The social area is quite large and bright, while the pool has a beautiful view of the gardens surrounding the property. The BBQ is ideal for sharing an afternoon with friends or family while enjoying some mimosas in the jacuzzi. It has a maximum capacity for 18 guests and 3 covered parking spaces, other vehicles can be parked in the uncovered area. CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY Housekeeper: 60 000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
