You’ll be away from everything and at peace living in the National Seashore for a peaceful escape. No neighbors on our over 5-acre hilltop property. When you drive up the hill to our home, the closest neighbor is over 500-yards away, completely out of sight and down the hill. The home has two structures. The main structure has 3 decks for sunning, a screened elevated second floor porch, 2 main bedrooms both w/ King and Queen beds respectively on the first floor (The King with a sitting area and one of the house’s two fireplaces) and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
