Beautifully remodeled three bedroom, three bathroom condo directly across the street from the lifts at Canyon Lodge, you literally cannot get any closer to the slopes! This unit has been completely remodeled floor to ceiling, no expense spared, including flooring, lighting, bathrooms, furniture and appliances!
The living and dining area are equipped with new, custom lighting and faux wood tile floors. The refurbished and expanded kitchen features granite counters, top of the line stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and backsplash, a convection oven and all the trimmings for preparing a gourmet meal for friends and family. The dining area has a wood dining table with seating for 8, along with a bar area with stools around the kitchen.
The living area features a large 50" flat screen Smart TV mounted above the fireplace on custom built ledger stone, and a comfortable sectional sofa. Adjacent to the living room is a sliding glass door and private deck overlooking the community pool and spa with a peek-a-boo view of Mammoth Mountain.
The first master bedroom is privately located on the second floor, and has another 50" flat screen Smart TV, DVD Player, Eastern King bed, plenty of closet and drawer space and an attached bath with granite counters, sinks for two, custom cabinetry and a steam shower! The second master bedroom downstairs has a unique setup, with a custom built bunk bed with an Eastern King bed on top and a Queen bed on the bottom, and an attached bath with granite counters, faux wood tile floors, shower and tub. The third bedroom has a traditional bunk set with a Queen on the bottom and a long Twin on the top, and the third bath features a beautifully tiled shower.
Altogether a spectacular mountain condo for a discerning family. This property is adjacent to the lifts, sport shop and ski school at Canyon Lodge, as well as the Village Gondola allowing easy access to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife at the Village at Mammoth. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The property sleeps 9, there are 16 steps to get to the condo entrance, and has cable TV, high speed wireless Internet, one assigned parking spot in the underground garage (clearance 7’ 2"), and an included ski locker at the condo for all your gear!
