The views from the condo balcony are absolutely amazing, especially after a Winter snow storm, and natural light floods into the living space making it light and bright. The condo is fully equipped with an upgraded full kitchen, stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher, dining area with seating for 4, large flat screen TV, and sleeper sofa that can accommodate extra overnight guests. The condo has also been upgraded with premium flooring throughout and beautiful modern countertops. The master bedroom features a King that can also be split into two Twin beds (with advanced request), flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a King bed also with flatscreen TV. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
