Beautiful Farm in the municipality of Carmen de Apicala located only 8 km from Girardot and 10 km from Melgar, is surrounded by mountains and a wide variety of fauna. It has 1,000 meters of construction on a plot of 6,800 square meters.
It has a very large social area with high ceilings (7m), living room, dining room with 12 seats, study, modern and spacious kitchen, four bedrooms each with bathroom and exit to large terraces (the master bedroom has 90m2), service area, gazebo and a pool of 14m long and 8m wide, where there is also barbecue area, Rocola, and bathroom.
The farm has 600m of gardens and a house for butlers of 130m2 totally independent.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight are required to be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
