This holiday apartment is located in a central yet quiet location in the middle of Westerland. In just a few minutes you can walk from your holiday home to the bright main beach. The popular promenade and Friedrichstrasse as well as the train station are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building. Everything was designed for you in a tasteful way. The living / dining room offers a feel-good atmosphere with beautiful cashmere cushions and blankets and an electric fireplace. A nice shower room with window, a bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, and Nespresso machine.
On the roof terrace you can breathe in the sea air and listen to the sound of the sea from afar.
The white wooden staircase leads to the large sleeping area with daylight.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
