Exclusive Traditional Home with Mesmerizing Scenery

This is a beautiful property with plenty of open space on the outside, lined with trees, lots of multicolored flowers and lots of contact with the beauty of nature. The backyard opens directly onto the beach, with a privileged view. They are, in all, 9 beautiful suites, which accommodate up to 18 guests with comfort and convenience. Each of the suites has its own private bathroom, double beds and air-conditioning. The great contact with nature and its gentle breeze coming from the beach and rocking the trees, allow you to have a very great feeling of relaxation. The property has a large kitchen and full kitchen, plus social areas with large tables to serve your best meals. At the end of the day, you can sit by the sea to enjoy the wonderful landscape bathed in the golden colors of the sunset. The property has its own staff who will be responsible for breakfast and daily cleaning of the suites. For other meals it is necessary to hire more employees. The house offers breakfast service from 9 am to 11 am, snack on the beach and lunch until 5:30 pm for R$ 1.000,00 per day. Ingredients not included in the price. Access to the island is by boat only. Boats depart from Conceição de Jacareí every 30 minutes to Abraão. Then it is necessary to take a taxi boat to the cove of Abraãozinho, where the property is located. We suggest using the Portogalo Marina for a private direct transfer to the property. The transfer costs 650 BRL each way. We have a speedboat for 12 people + sailor that can be rented for a ride or transfers for 2000 BRL + fuel for 8 hours. (Sailor 200 BRL per day.) 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
