The Home
This cottage, set within the beautiful village of Templeton is a brand new, two bedroom bungalow sleeping four (sleeping two adults and two children maximum ).
Upon entrance to the property, you will be greeted by the hallway, to the right of this is the children’s bedroom consisting of bunk beds making this a perfect room for the kids to kick back and relax in. Opposite this you will find the living room with cosy sofas set in front of the large flat screen TV. Continuing through the property is the master bedroom with a king bed benefiting from beautiful garden views. The modern bathroom offers a bath/shower, toilet, and hand basin. At the back of the property is the kitchen offering everything one would need to cook for you and your guests.
The home has beautiful outdoor space with a fenced off garden area and ample outdoor seating.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
