A large farm of 30 hectares located in the countryside of Engeneiro Paulo de Frontin, with large green areas and a large house with rustic decoration. The house accommodates up to 18 people and is an excellent retreat option for nature lovers.
In the garden there is a large swimming pool and a charming fountain. Right next door is a large football field. The entire area is surrounded by forest, making this a real refuge from the rush of big cities.
There are 3000 square meters of built area and 7 suites, accommodating up to 18 people with comfort and refinement. 5 bedrooms have fireplaces and 2 have gas heaters to keep guests warm on the coldest nights.
The farm also has a large wine cellar and also a barbecue area, after all, a good barbecue goes perfectly with a good wine.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
