Steven’s Retreat is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining needs, including a dishwasher. The living room has a fireplace (wood provided in season), satellite TV, and WiFi. Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Twin bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 fulls, and Bedroom 3 has a full and a twin. The bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. There is a great log swing on the very spacious and private deck, along with a gas BBQ, 2 picnic tables, and chairs for cooking and dining while taking in the Yosemite view. No pets allowed. Does not have AC "EV Charging Station available within five miles of the cabin"

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
