Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - Tenant understands there will be NO gatherings over 10/12 people without written permission of owner or property manager.
  • - The noise level should be at a reasonable level at all times, as to not disturb the neighbors.
  • - All noise needs to be turned down after 10 PM (quiet hours start at 9 PM enforced by the City of LA)
  • - NO smoking of any kind indoors.
  • - The property will be treated with great respect and all furniture and furnishings will remain in the current state and condition they are in today. No furniture or furnishings to be removed from the property without written permission of owner or property manager.
  • - No ILLEGAL activities inside home or on property lines.
  • - No firearms of any kind.
  • - No illegal drugs of any kind.
  • - No subletting of any kind.
  • - The booking and it’s guests must be contained to property, no excessive loitering on street or outdoor.
