A LUXURY GARDEN HOME located in a very central location inside the Walls of Lucca, within a 3 to 7 mins walk away from both Bus Terminal and Lucca Central Train Station. A convenient parking is located a few steps from the apartment in about 5 mins walk away (they charge 6 euros daily but it is possible to buy a subscription for 50 euros to leave the car for up to 30 days).
The apartment is located in the most charming area of the town - the medieval district - very convenient to all sightseeing: 100 metres away from the main shopping street VIA FILLUNGO, 150 metres away from PIAZZA SAN MICHELE, 200 metres away from the PIAZZA GRANDE (also known as Piazza Napoleone) and the Lucca Summer Festival Concerts, 150 metres from the Theatre, 200 metres from The Cathedral of San Martino and the Guinigi Tower - one of the most renowned attractions of the town.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules

- Bottle of local red wine: 29 EUR per booking.
- Bottle of local white wine: 25 EUR per booking.
- Arrival out of schedule: 50 EUR per booking.
- Late arrival: 50 EUR per booking.
- Heating: 10 EUR per day. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 04-08, from 11-07 to 12-31.
