Completely renovated from floor to ceiling, 40 - Love still has that bright and shiny newness everyone seeks in a vacation rental. Every room has been upgraded and no expense was spared. The first thing you notice is the sunlight pouring through the West facing wall of sliding glass doors. You seem to glide over the glossy white porcelain tiles, through the great room, to take in the breathtaking view.
Stepping out onto the large patio you realize that you are situated at the top of a gradual slope, below you is the Mission Hills Tennis Club (the perfect distance from which to enjoy every serve and volley) beyond this is the expanse that is the Mission Hills Country Club, the regal Mount San Jacinto as a backdrop. You fall into the overstuffed patio furniture and enjoy the daily symphony of colors as the sun sets over the already snow-capped mountains. Paradise!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- No smoking allowed inside this property.
- Pets allowed in designated properties and must be pre-approved by a Property Manager. A fee of $100 will be charged upon arrival for each approved pet.
- Further rules and regulations are contained with the Rental Agreement.
- Reservation is not confirmed until the Rental Agreement has been signed and returned to Property Management Company
