A few steps from the municipal theater, surrounded by historical palaces and ancient churches you will find our recently renovated apartment.
The entrance opens on the living room with TV and a comfortable sofa bed and on the left there is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a balcony. Completing the apartment, a bathroom and a small laundry.
Finally the living room gives access to a spacious terrace with a wonderful view of Noto’s rooftops, equipped with a table and sunshade it is the perfect place to enjoy meals outside!
The area is very well served, and not far away you will find the beaches of Lido di Noto, the Vendicari nature reserve as well as the Fontanarossa airport of Catania at about 90 km: the perfect location not only for exploring the beautiful...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
